To open a new Ticket, Users are now required to Create  New Account (1 time only) or sign in.

1. Open a New Ticket
   1. Sign In if you’re an existing user or Create a New Account
2. Create a New Account
   1. Fill out the form with the following information
   2. Email Address - @Airforcecadets.gov.au
   3. Full Name - First name and Las Name (no rank, no nicknames are to be used)
   4. Phone Number (mobile or land line)
   5. Set a Password
   6. REGISTER
      1. You will see a screen confirmation and receive an email to verify your email address.
   7. Email Verification
      1. Click the link in the email to validate your email address
      2. This will display a confirmation page which you can then view your account or open a new ticket.
